Mental Health

Mental health matters, and we know that finding support isn’t always easy. That’s why we have a dedicated, full-time therapist onsite to provide low-to-no cost sessions for employees and physicians and additional support through our Employee Assistance Program. Clinical employees can access peer support through our UMATTER Program, and quarterly Schwartz Rounds sessions for all to join and find community.

Fitness

Feel free to cancel your local gym membership. On our San Diego campus, we maintain two fitness centers fully-equipped with free weights, lifting platforms and various cardio machines. Gyms are staffed with certified personal trainers to support you in reaching your goals, free of charge! Prefer to exercise with others? Check out our group fitness classes – such as HIIT and kickboxing – or join our RadyRun Club to build community while logging miles. Fitness facilities are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to accommodate every shift. Not on campus? Not to worry. Our medical plans come with access to Active and Fit Direct, which offers low-cost gym memberships at popular clubs.
