At Rady Children’s Health, our jobs are as diverse as our workforce.

Many of us are on the frontlines offering lifesaving care as those behind-the-scenes keep hospitals and medical offices operating. Some spend their time in the lab, running vital diagnostics or researching new medical breakthroughs, while others keep our rooms clean of germs and infections. A few spend their work day 2,000 feet in the air as they respond in helicopters to help critical patients in need.

Opportunities in San Diego

Rady Children’s Health in San Diego is a sprawling pediatric health system that includes a 511-bed pediatric hospital, primary care offices, specialty care clinics, University of California-affiliated research facilities and a Genomic Institute where we have pioneered medical revolutions through rapid whole genome sequencing. Along with Rady Children’s Health in Orange County, we are the largest pediatric health system in the state and among the largest in the nation.
